Symptom vs. Problem

I cannot be fully submitted to God until I stop trying to control every situation in which I find myself. Or maybe, I cannot stop trying to control every situation in which I find myself until I am fully submitted to God.

Since the Fall, women have struggled to be in control. I am not exempt.

There are few things uglier than watching a woman try to prove she’s in charge.

Why are we as humans so moved by the sun setting over the ocean?  I think it’s because we are humbled by the fact that we have no control over the sun or the ocean (and never will).
